Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in YouTube SEO, channel growth strategies, and monetization techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our digital presence and revenue through strategic content planning, keyword optimization, and analytics-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s YouTube channel through strategic SEO and audience engagement
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and apply SEO best practices to video titles, descriptions.
• Optimize thumbnails, playlists, and channel layout for increased click-through and watch time
• Develop and implement strategies to meet YouTube monetization requirements and enhance AdSense revenue
• Monitor YouTube Analytics and prepare performance reports to track audience behavior, growth, and ROI
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors for effective video campaigns
• Plan and run YouTube ad campaigns (Google Ads for Video)
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on YouTube SEO
• Proven track record of growing YouTube channels (subscriber base, watch hours, monetization)
• Strong knowledge of YouTube’s policies, community guidelines, and monetization rules
• Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and Canva
• Excellent understanding of digital content trends and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage content calendars

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) is a plus
• Knowledge of social media cross-promotion and content repurposing
