Key Responsibilities Social Media Growth (Organic): Develop and implement strategies to organically grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create engaging content ideas, manage posting schedules, and build community engagement. Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads): Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare reports with actionable insights. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page/off-page SEO. Improve domain authority, backlinks, and ranking performance. Perform regular SEO audits and implement improvements. Web Development & Optimization: Build and maintain websites (preferably WordPress). Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixels). Requirements Proven experience in social media growth, performance marketing, SEO, and web development. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools Website development skills (WordPress; HTML/CSS basics a plus). Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines. Job Type: Full-time
