As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Kuruva Island Resort & Spa, your primary responsibility will be to lead the performance marketing efforts by leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing effective campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads to target relevant audiences. You will be expected to optimize these campaigns for conversions, ROI, and lower cost-per-click. Analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports will be crucial in ensuring the success of these marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be required to develop retargeting strategies, create custom audience segments, and collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copy. Staying updated on trends and platform changes will be essential to adapt strategies accordingly. Monitoring conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 plus years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. A strong understanding of performance marketing, PPC strategies, and tracking is necessary. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools will be beneficial.
