Digital Campaign Manager (B2B Exhibitor Acquisition)

Position Summary

Manage B2B digital campaigns for exhibitor acquisition in low-search-volume sectors. Report to CEO

Key Responsibilities

Execute phased campaigns using ABM, lead forms, sponsored content, and retargeting.
Allocate budgets and monitor metrics like CTR, CPL, ROI.
Tailor creatives/copy via audience mind mapping for various seniority levels.
Target geographies and integrate custom/lookalike audiences.
Deliver reports with analysis and optimizations.

Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing tracking tags, events, and pixels; integrating with Google Ads for retargeting and conversion tracking.

Skilled in establishing Google Analytics (GA4) setups, including property creation, event tracking, goal configurations, and linking with Google Ads for performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Marketing/Digital Media; certifications in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
3+ years in B2B campaign management, with ABM/retargeting experience.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (RLSA, Lead Extensions), Meta Business Manager, YouTube Ads; Google Analytics.
Skills in data-driven targeting (job titles, industries), ethical data handling, confidentiality.
