As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable results. Your role will involve developing and monitoring paid campaigns with a focus on ROI, conversions, and performance KPIs. Additionally, you will assist in creating and implementing Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. It is essential to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for effective ad campaigns. You will collaborate with the creative/content team to develop ad creatives and copies that drive results, while staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed performance reports and providing insights/recommendations for campaign improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Develop, manage, and monitor paid campaigns with a focus on ROI, conversions, and performance KPIs. - Assist in creating and implementing Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools. - Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop ad creatives and copies. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights/recommendations for campaign improvement. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of proven experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads with successful campaign results. - Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, SEM, and SMM. - Working knowledge of SEO basics, email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and funnel optimization is a plus. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. - Creative mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
