• Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (2-4yrs)

About Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic platforms like Criteo, Stack Adapt, and The Trade Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage cross-platform ad campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Social, Programmatic) focused on lead generation, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies, including A/B testing and budget optimization.
• Set up and manage Google Display Ads and programmatic display campaigns for brand awareness and retargeting.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and build audience targeting strategies including lookalike and retargeting segments.
• Collaborate with designers to create engaging ad creatives (static, video, carousel, etc.).
• Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Track and report performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and platform analytics.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and support SEO and content initiatives as needed.

Preferred Experience:

- Google, LinkedIn, Meta Ads.

- Programmatic platforms (Criteo, Stack Adapt, The Trade Desk)

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

- On-page/off-page SEO knowledge.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
