Role Description

• Social Media Management

  :
• Plan, create & post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Handle content calendars, reels, carousels, and trend-based marketing.
• Engage with followers, build community, and grow organic reach.

• Performance Marketing

  :
• Strategize & execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor & optimize ads for maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

• Creative & Strategic Input

  :
• Work with the design team for creatives, videos & ad copies.
• Suggest innovative ideas for brand campaigns and client growth.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends & tools.
  

• 13 years of proven experience in

  social media + paid ads

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics & SEO basics

  .
• Creativity + analytical skills (a rare mix were looking for!).
• Ability to work

  full-time on-site

  with our in-house team.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
