Role Description Were looking for a talented all-rounder who can own our Social Media & Paid Campaigns and bring creativity + performance under one roof. Role & Responsibilities: Social Media Management : Plan, create & post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Handle content calendars, reels, carousels, and trend-based marketing. Engage with followers, build community, and grow organic reach. Performance Marketing : Strategize & execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Monitor & optimize ads for maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversions. Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements. Creative & Strategic Input : Work with the design team for creatives, videos & ad copies. Suggest innovative ideas for brand campaigns and client growth. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends & tools. Requirements: 13 years of proven experience in social media + paid ads . Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics & SEO basics . Creativity + analytical skills (a rare mix were looking for!). Ability to work full-time on-site with our in-house team. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
