Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Shopping (eCommerce)

We’re a growing group of eCommerce brands in the UK — including GoodFoodDelivered, CandyDelivered, and BargainBuddy — selling everything from healthy snacks to big-brand bargains online.
We’re now looking for a data-driven, creative, and hands-on Google Ads Specialist to scale our paid media campaigns profitably across Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.

The Role

You’ll manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for multiple brands — from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting.
Your goal: drive high-quality traffic, increase ROAS, and grow conversions at scale.

Position is fully remote - working for company based in UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimise Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Manage and maintain product feeds via Google Merchant Center.
• Continuously test ad copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using GA4, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
• Collaborate with creative and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years’ experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce or retail brands.
✅ Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and feed optimisation.
✅ Proven ability to hit performance targets (ROAS / CPA goals).
✅ Experience with Performance Max, Shopping feeds, and Google Merchant Center.
✅ Analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Sheets and data interpretation skills.✅ Knowledge of Meta Ads or email marketing (Klaviyo) is a plus.
