About the Role

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

independently plan, execute, optimise, and scale campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end 

  Google Ads & Meta Ads lead generation campaigns

   
• Manage 

  overseas/international campaigns

   (Australia preferred) 
• Optimise campaigns for 

  lead quality, CPL, and ROAS

   
• Plan and execute 

  funnel-based marketing strategies

   
• Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research 
• Test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages 
• Set up and manage 

  GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM

   
• Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones 
• Prepare performance reports and insights for management 

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience

   with Google Ads & Meta Ads 
• Strong expertise in 

  lead generation campaigns

   
• Experience managing 

  overseas markets

   
• Ability to work independently without supervision 
• Strong analytical and optimisation skills 
• Excellent English communication skills 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience running campaigns for 

  Australian businesses

   
• Knowledge of 

  NDIS, healthcare, education, real estate, or SaaS

   
• Experience with 

  CRM platforms

   (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) 
• Experience mentoring junior marketers
