Digital Marketing Specialist -Freelancer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in India for a freelance or part-time remote role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns with a focus on generating high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and write effective ad copy.
• Monitor ad performance daily and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lower cost-per-lead.
• Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audience segments.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance with insights and improvement suggestions.
• Work closely with our internal team to align digital campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid ads on Google and Meta platforms.
• Proven track record of generating leads through digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, ad creatives, bid strategies, and budget management.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage performance goals.

Good to Have:

• Experience in lead generation for specific industries (e.g., real estate, education, B2B, etc.).
• Familiarity with landing page tools and CRM integrations.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.) for ad creatives.

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and results (hourly/project-based)
