About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in India for a freelance or part-time remote role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns with a focus on generating high-quality leads . Key Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and write effective ad copy. Monitor ad performance daily and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lower cost-per-lead. Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audience segments. Provide regular reports on campaign performance with insights and improvement suggestions. Work closely with our internal team to align digital campaigns with business goals. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid ads on Google and Meta platforms . Proven track record of generating leads through digital advertising . Strong knowledge of campaign setup, ad creatives, bid strategies, and budget management. Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager , etc. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage performance goals. Good to Have: Experience in lead generation for specific industries (e.g., real estate, education, B2B, etc.). Familiarity with landing page tools and CRM integrations. Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.) for ad creatives.
