Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team and drive our online presence across multiple platforms. You ll be responsible for creating and executing strategic campaigns, optimizing performance, and generating leads/sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising

Manage and grow the company s social media presence (organic + paid)

Optimize website and landing pages for search engines and conversion

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, etc.

Create, test, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels

Coordinate with content and design teams to produce high-quality creatives and ad copy

Develop and manage email marketing automation campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital marketing, tools, and platforms

Requirements

2 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing

Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram

Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)

Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and teamwork

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice-to-Have

Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.

Experience in B2B/B2C campaign funnels

Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics or website editing

Video marketing / Reels or Shorts creation skills
