Job Description

This is 11 Months renewable contractual role.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Media Campaign Execution

  • Conduct

    keyword research and analysis

    for each product title to identify high-performing search terms.
  • Manage

    keyword bidding strategies

    to optimize ad spend and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Set up and launch

    Amazon ad campaigns

    for individual titles, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to improve

    ROAS

    , CTR, and conversion rates.

Product Detail Page (PDP) Optimization

  • Optimize

    titles, descriptions, bullet points

    , and

    backend keywords

    for 10 master titles.
  • Create and curate compelling

    product content

    that enhances discoverability and drives conversions.
  • Develop and refine

    A+ and B+ content

    to improve engagement and reduce bounce rates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.

Channel Sales Ownership

  • Manage end-to-end channel sales

    through key marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal).
  • Own and drive

    sales targets

    , working closely with partners to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sell-through and profitability.
  • Coordinate with the US-based LWW Shop team to ensure consistency in product presentation and campaign execution.

Marketing & Merchandising

  • Support digital campaigns focused on driving traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.
  • Optimize

    brand pages

    , landing pages, and promotional banners for better user experience and performance.
  • Assist in affiliate marketing programs and email campaigns to support product launches and seasonal promotions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like

    Adobe Analytics

    and Excel to track campaign performance and site activity.
  • Generate insights and reports to inform future optimizations and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs such as

    CTR, CPC, ROAS, AOV

    , and

    conversion rate

    .

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Amazon Seller Central

    ,

    AMS

    , and PDP optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, keyword strategy, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Analytics, and CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Must have experience in handling

    books

    segment in Amazon platform.
