As an experienced digital marketing professional with 4 to 6 years of proven working experience, your main role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This strategy will be based on a thorough analysis of economic indicators, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising platforms. You will also be tasked with building and managing the organization's social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your analytical skills will be put to use in measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs. By identifying trends and insights from campaign data, you will optimize marketing spend and performance to drive business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to create effective landing pages and improve user experience will be essential. You will need to evaluate customer interactions across different channels and touchpoints to enhance the overall customer journey. In addition to campaign execution, you will also be responsible for managing the digital marketing team. This involves recruiting, training, and guiding team members to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Furthermore, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and technologies, providing growth opportunities for the team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field. Your expertise should include hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially in areas like SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B tests is crucial. Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and knowledge of ad serving tools will be advantageous. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines, as well as basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, would be beneficial for this position.,
