Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented digital marketer who can run targeted outreach campaigns, manage automation systems, create blog content, and support active social media channels. Canva experience is appreciated. This role requires ownership, independence, and consistent delivery.

Candidates based in Trivandrum are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SMS, email, and voicemail marketing campaigns
• Build and refine automation workflows in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or Go High Level
• Plan, create, and manage social media posts, scheduling, and engagement
• Use AI tools to generate content and streamline production
• Write and publish SEO-friendly blog posts
• Create basic visuals when needed (Canva optional)
• Track campaign performance and provide analytical reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lead nurturing and digital initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong working knowledge of:
• Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns
• Go High Level (workflows, funnels, triggers)
• SMS, email, and voicemail campaigns
• Understanding of automation, customer journeys, and segmentation
• Experience with social media management
• Ability to write SEO-aligned blog content
• Comfort using AI tools for content generation (ChatGPT, Canva, Claude, Pictory, Notebook LLM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently on US-based timelines
