Better Works hr is looking for a digital performance specialist for an organisation in Mumbai.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Better Works HR and its services. Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing content on social media, monitoring the company's online presence, using web analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and optimizing online marketing efforts for increased visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies is a plus
• Google ad, meta ads
