About the Role.

What You ll Do

• Drive lead generation through various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on Performance Marketing

• Conduct SEO and SMO efforts to maximise ARC s online visibility and impact. Utilize SEO techniques to enhance visibility, with a particular focus on keyword research.

• Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, optimising strategies to improve lead generation.

• Identify referral marketing opportunities, such as events, collaborations, and conferences, to expand ARC s brand presence.

• Work closely with client partners and the branding team to align marketing efforts with ARC s goals.

• Conduct market trend analysis and customer research to refine marketing strategies.

• Develop and deploy an organic marketing strategy for our retail services.

• Act as a mentor for Marketing associates and develop their skill.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness across all campaigns.
