About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing professional who can manage and promote our product-based company through strategic online advertising, campaigns, and brand-building activities. The candidate should be able to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, increase sales, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote company products.

* Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

* Manage company presence across all social media platforms.

* Create engaging content for social media, email, and website marketing.

* Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.

* Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

* Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Proven experience in Digital Marketing (minimum 1–3 years preferred).

* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and online advertising.

* Hands-on experience with social media marketing and content creation.

* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
