What We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate Freshers: If you are a recent graduate with less than a year of experience in IT sales or business development, this is your chance to shine!
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to engage clients effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: A basic understanding of web and mobile development technologies will help you connect with clients better.
  • Relationship Builder: You should have a knack for building strong relationships and a passion for understanding client needs.
  • Your Role:
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
  • Freelancing Platforms: Manage and optimize profiles on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer to acquire new projects.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
  • Compelling Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that resonate with clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented technical team to ensure successful project delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to keep SiGa Systems ahead of the curve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
