Digital Marketing Sales Support Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in managing client accounts and supporting sales operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales processes and excellent client service while supporting the promotion of digital marketing services such as Google Ads , PPC , social media marketing , and branding . Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in lead follow-up and client communication. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM systems. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Handle client queries and provide prompt resolution or escalate when necessary. Monitor sales pipeline and help track progress against targets. Generate sales reports and provide administrative support to the sales team.
