Job Description – Digital Marketing & Sales ExecutivePosition Summary

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can promote our fashion/embroidery products online, manage branding activities, create engaging digital content, and support sales growth through social media, online platforms, and customer communication.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Fashion Marketing, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (basic), Google Docs, Sheets & Slides.
• Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and online branding.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Ability to prepare digital catalogs and presentations.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Creative, energetic, and aware of current market trends.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Experience

• 1–3 years in digital marketing or sales (fashion/garment industry preferred).
• Freshers with strong digital skills and creativity may also apply.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow company presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create social media posts, reels, stories, brochures, and promotional content using Canva/Adobe tools.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns including festive promotions, new collection launches, and product highlights.
• Monitor social media analytics, engagement, and reach, and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Handle online branding ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
• Capture or coordinate product photos/videos for marketing use.
• Prepare Google Docs, presentations, catalogs, and other digital marketing materials.

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable handling social media posting and content creation daily.
• Interest in fashion, embroidery, garments, and textile products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
