Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Closer who can confidently handle inbound and follow-up calls to convert warm leads into paying clients. This role is focused purely on voice-based communication — no fieldwork, no emails — just results through effective conversation and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and follow-up sales calls with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate Google Ads packages.
• Build trust and create urgency to close deals quickly over the phone.
• Maintain lead status updates and conversion notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team post-sale for onboarding and handover.
• Meet or exceed monthly closing targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telephonic sales or closing, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Strong command of spoken communication and persuasive closing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and create confidence over a single call.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or digital advertising is preferred.
• Experience using basic CRM tools and call tracking systems.
