Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services (excluding SEO), closing sales, and maintaining relationships. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Google Ads , PPC , branding , and digital campaign sales , as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach. Sell digital marketing services such as Google Ads , PPC , Social Media Marketing , Branding , and Online Advertising Solutions . Understand client needs and recommend customized marketing packages. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and follow-up to deal closure. Collaborate with the marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Use CRM tools like HubSpot , Salesforce , or similar to track leads, interactions, and conversions. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth. Provide basic post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction in the early stages. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales, telesales, or business development Strong knowledge of Google Ads , PPC , paid media , and branding solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident in presenting and negotiating with clients at various business levels Ability to understand client goals and pitch appropriate digital solutions Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot , Salesforce , or Zoho CRM Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred / Added Skills: Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Understanding of digital marketing funnels and client acquisition strategies Basic knowledge of SaaS , B2B marketing , or service-based industries Experience with proposal writing and quoting tools What You’ll Gain: Competitive base salary + commission/incentives for performance Exposure to fast-paced digital marketing sales environments Career advancement opportunities in sales and account management Hands-on experience with high-demand marketing solutions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
