Introduction We are currently seeking an Associate Digital Marketing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in execution for Marketing strategy to meet the needs of the business in a variety of channels including Email and SMS. This role is essential to the success of the marketing programs and reports into the Digital Marketing Operations Lead. What You ll Be Doing and the Impact You ll Make: Responsibilities: QA the Creative Review form for Email and SMS channel programs - this involves checking links and products on the site for pricing and accuracy Initiate edits in Workflow by Design ( Routing ) and communicate with the appropriate team members Ensure timelines and project task boards are updated to reflect any changes during the duration of all projects. Update Marketing Operations Lead regarding any issues, timelines, assets required, delays, challenges, if any, to deliver in required timelines, dependencies on technical or creative consultant.
