Designation-Project Coordinator(Digital marketing, client coordinator n Wordpress Tech)

Skills-- (We want someone who has exposure/Exp in Digital Marketing, Client coordination and WordPress Technology)

Very good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujrati)

Key Responsibilities – of project manager/client coordinator+ Digital marketing+ wordPress tech.

• Maintaining direct communication between the company and clients.

• Ensure the smooth flow of project operations.

• Meeting the clients' specifications.

• Manage team’s daily workflow to meet deadlines.

• Maintain confidential details.

• Manage day to day office operations.

• Answering questions or resolving specific complaints of clients.

• Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.

• Compile and maintain records on client accounts.

• Screen feedback and requests from clients to provide solutions.

• Escalate complaints to relevant team members.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Process feedback from the client.

Working days-Mon to sat(All sat working)

Location-ONSITE New York Tower near Thaltej Cross Road. S G Highway. We prefer local candidates from Ahmedabad (Candidates who are open for Relocation are also welcome)

Timings-10am to 7 pm

Job type- Full time

Salary- upto 25 k per month
