We’re Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Manager (Remote | ₹20K/month + Bonus)

Now, we’re looking for someone equally powerful — a Marketing & Social Media Maverick — to bring the soul of our work into the world with creativity, intention, and a dash of magic.

Your Role:

You’ll be the creative engine behind our marketing presence — both online and offline. This is a big role for someone who dreams big, thinks sharp, and executes beautifully.

You will:

• Design and implement fabulous marketing strategies that align with our soulful-yet-bold brand
• Lead social media marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns that actually connect
• Develop and execute offline marketing and collaboration ideas — events, creative partnerships, experiences
• Bring in awareness, leads, and sales for our coaching programs, online experiences, and international retreats
• Write phenomenal ad copies and content that sells without shouting
• Use marketing tools and insights to run and optimize social media ads
• Conceptualize (and occasionally create) engaging visuals — memes, reels, videos, moodboards, and posters
• Coordinate with editors and designers from our team to bring everything to life
• Think outside the algorithm. Make us unforgettable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone wildly creative and deeply strategic — you get both sides of the brain
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand building
• Skilled in tools like Canva, video editing apps, Instagram analytics, Meta ads, etc.
• Fluent in trends, psychology-driven marketing, storytelling, and copywriting that converts
• A self-starter — proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable owning a project from idea to execution
• Bonus if you’ve worked with conscious brands, coaches, wellness creators, or retreat hosts

What You’ll Receive:

• Fixed Pay: ₹20,000/month
