As a Digital Marketing / Manager at THE CREATIVITY CHANNEL, an early-stage Startup in Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will be instrumental in our journey into the world of podcasting. You will oversee the entire podcast production process, from coordinating with guests to scheduling shoots and managing post-production. We are seeking a versatile individual who can seamlessly handle digital marketing, branding, strategy, and execution, contributing significantly to shaping our Marketing and Branding initiatives. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end podcast production process, including coordinating with guests, scheduling shoots, and overseeing post-production. - Utilize your digital marketing expertise to promote the podcast and enhance its reach across various platforms. - Provide regular updates and reports on performance metrics and assigned tasks. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. - Experience in podcast production and management with a strong understanding of digital media. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with guests. - Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and effectively manage multiple tasks. - Familiarity with podcasting platforms and tools is advantageous.
