We are a fast-growing travel company, offering premium travel experiences across Sikkim, Darjeeling, Meghalaya, Bhutan & more. We are expanding our digital reach and looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager who can manage ads, SEO, website tasks, and overall digital strategy.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will handle paid ads, SEO, analytics, and WordPress-based website updates. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable managing everything from campaigns to website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, run & optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads
Monitor campaigns, ROI, lead generation & conversions
Conduct A/B testing and performance improvement
🔹 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research
Manage on-page & off-page SEO
Improve ranking, traffic & domain authority
Track SEO analytics using tools like Search Console & Semrush/Similar tools
🔹 WordPress Website Management
Update website pages, blogs, banners & tour packages
Ensure SEO-friendly content structure
Manage website plugins, page edits & basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with developers for advanced updates
🔹 Reporting & Strategy
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest new ideas to boost digital presence
Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress
Understanding of website performance tools & analytics
Creative mindset with strong communication skills
Travel industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)
