We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running and optimizing lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing paid campaigns to generate high-quality travel leads for our tourism services. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality. Monitor daily performance and generate performance reports. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting. Collaborate with the sales and design team to align marketing goals. Track conversion metrics and implement A/B testing to improve results. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform policy changes. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in running Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies in the travel/tourism sector. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics. Good understanding of landing page optimization and CRM integration. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
