Job Summary: Technovalley is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation for our 100+ certification programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other lead generation campaign platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for Technovalleys certification programs. Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve lead generation targets. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging and persuasive ad copy, graphics, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine campaign strategies and maximize lead generation efficiency. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, nurture, and convert leads into customers. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing technology. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing campaign impact. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and other key performance indicators to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to enrollment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management. In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and marketing content. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Industry certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or similar. Experience in the education or certification industry. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
