Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who understands the unique challenges of the FEC industry. This role combines strategy with execution, requiring expertise in performance marketing, local SEO, and multi-location campaign management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with ads, data-driven in decision making, and confident in leading teams to deliver measurable results for FEC clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FEC-Focused Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies tailored for indoor play zones, trampoline parks, and related FEC businesses.
  • Lead & Mentor Teams: Oversee a team managing SEO, paid ads, social media, and creative ensuring campaigns drive both foot traffic and birthday/event bookings.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to maximize ROI and local reach.
  • Local SEO & Content: Build SEO roadmaps with a focus on near me searches, multi-location visibility, and family-centered content strategies.
  • Social Media & Engagement: Align social content with FEC brand voices, seasonal promotions (Halloween, Easter, Summer Camps), and community events.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as cost-per-booking, membership sales, and repeat customer growth. Present data insights to clients in a clear, actionable way.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of FEC marketing trends from influencer collaborations with parent bloggers to automation for lead nurturing.
  • Client Management: Lead client discussions, provide performance reviews, and proactively identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven social and digital marketing experience, ideally with multi-location FEC brands.
  • Should be able to create compelling, engaging content for socials and direct the team with roadmap and action plan
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of local SEO, event promotion, and customer funnel optimization.
  • Proven success in growing foot traffic, event bookings, and memberships.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple FEC accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.

Job Details:

  • Work Timing: EST hours (6:00 PM 2:00 AM IST), Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: ?70,000 per month (PF included)
  • Mode: Full-time, Remote (Work from Home)

Requirements:

  • Own laptop and stable internet connection
  • It's a 6-day work week.
