Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Digital activities are focused on
• Lead generation
• Engagement with the Customers & other stakeholders
• Website management & enhancement
• Social Media activities & various digital channels
• Affiliate Marketing activities
• Various projects (CRM, Marketing automation etc)
• Co-create, manage and execute the Digital roadmap based on business needs (there is an existing digital roadmap)
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and affiliate channels.
• Drive lead generation, lower CAC, and improve conversion funnels.
• Build and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign messaging.
• Oversee SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword research.
• Manage marketing automation, CRM journeys, and remarketing flows.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and segment-wise cost metrics
• Manage social media strategy and content calendar.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis
• Kick-start new digital initiatives
• Manage the various projects at hand i.e. CRM , Marketing automation,

Preferred candidate profile

• Building, implementing and reporting on holistic (digital) marketing campaigns with different touchpoints.
• SEO, SEA, display advertising, retargeting, email marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing and content marketing.
• Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• A/B testing, heat maps, etc. to optimize UX/Customer Journeys and writing requirements specifications for web developers. Basic understanding of coding is a big plus.
• Setting up and working with tools & suites for digital marketing and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, AdWords, Experiments, Tag-Manager, DoubleClick, SEOmoz, ESPs, SEM Rush, Hotjar etc.)
• Working with different CMS systems (e.g. Sitecore, Drupal, etc.)
• Agile / Scrum / SPRINTS working methodologies
• Managing a team of content writer, designer & digital marketing executive
