Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: [Nungambakkam. Chennai]
Experience: 4–8 years (real estate experience preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to handle all online marketing activities. The person will plan, run, and track digital campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Run and manage Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Handle YouTube marketing for brand promotion.
Manage programmatic and retargeting ads to improve results.
Do SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Monitor and improve portal performance (like MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.).
Prepare reports on campaign performance.
Manage LMS (Lead Management System) and track leads properly.
Work with creative and sales teams for ad content and landing pages.
Skills Required:
Good working experience of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and YouTube Marketing.
Experience in online lead generation and campaign performance tracking.
Able to use Google Analytics and LMS tools.
Strong in data analysis, reporting, and coordination.
Google or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
