Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads/sales through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, etc.)

Plan and manage digital campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising

Oversee and optimize the companys website and landing pages for user experience and conversion

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) to measure performance and identify improvements

Manage content strategy, creation, and distribution across all digital platforms

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Collaborate with designers, content creators, product managers, and external agencies

Monitor competitors digital activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Manage marketing budgets and allocate/invest funds across digital channels effectively

Report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred)

5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) and CRM systems

Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
