Job Description

Were now seeking a highly skilled, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and make a tangible impact. (Only candidates with Digital Marketing Agency experience should apply)

Key Skills

The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with:

  • Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Content & Concept Creation for campaigns
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns
  • Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn Ads
  • Instagram Trends & Social Media Innovations
  • Native ad platforms & analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Website Design & Development fundamentals

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, marketing automation, and display advertising.
  • Guide the creative & content team to produce effective campaign assets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign data to optimize results.
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns for clients.
  • Recommend and manage the best tools and platforms for each campaign.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure cutting-edge campaign performance.
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (minimum 3 years team management experience required).
  • Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Advise and support the sales team on business growth opportunities, digital strategies, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at business seminars, networking events, and professional groups to create awareness about our services and expand our business network.
  • Must have strong understanding of Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ad ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with campaign tracking & analytics tools.
  • Strong skills in budget planning, bidding strategies, and ROI analysis.
  • Creative approach to audience targeting and lead generation.
  • Candidate must be currently based in Pune and should have been residing here for at least the past 1 year.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Work Experience: 3-4 years in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
