Job Summary

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including

    SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics:

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Content & Campaign Management:

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, ensuring they are optimized for digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
  • SEO & SEM:

  • Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Develop and manage paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for keywords, bids, and ad copy.
  • Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to build brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive traffic/leads.
  • Monitor social media trends and manage social listening.
  • Website Management & Optimization:

  • Work to improve website UI/UX in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Ensure website content is regularly updated and optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  • Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and traditional marketing teams to ensure integrated and consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
