Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing our digital marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of the strategy across various digital channels, managing a team of performance marketing managers, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure the success of our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across all digital channels and platforms. - Manage and coach a team of performance marketing managers. - Measure performance marketing ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and other key performance indicators. - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing budgets. - Develop and oversee the implementation of an SEO growth strategy. - Own online revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Stay informed about the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing. - Conduct competitive research, analyze benchmarks, and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing for SaaS, retention, SEO, and analytics. - Candidates with experience in E-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), EdTech, and SaaS industries will be given preference. - 2 years of experience in a team management role. - Proficiency in data analytics and experience working with Google Analytics.
