Digital Marketing Manager

🔹 Position: Social Media Marketing Manager / Meta Ads Manager

📍 Location: Kolkata (WFO only)

🕒 Experience: 2–5 years (Social Media & Meta Ads Management)

About Us:

Social Media Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies (especially on Facebook & Instagram) for dental practices in the US market
• Manage Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns: audience targeting, ad creation, budgeting, monitoring, and optimization
• Work closely with the content team to create engaging and informative posts specific to dentistry audiences
• Analyze performance data using Meta Business Suite and provide actionable insights
• Respond to trends and platform updates proactively to maintain campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with account managers to align marketing goals with client expectations
• Ensure all creatives and communication follow HIPAA-compliant marketing guidelines (training can be provided)

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in Meta Ads (especially lead generation campaigns)
• Strong understanding of US-based service marketing, preferably in healthcare/dentistry
• Ability to create effective ad funnels for lead generation (not eCommerce product sales)
• Experience in handling multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and performance tracking tools
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with US healthcare/dental clients
• Familiarity with ClickFunnels or landing page strategies (added advantage)
• Google Ads/SEO knowledge will be a plus
