You’ll be responsible for running performance-driven ad campaigns to acquire clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing Focused ads to create awareness, re-target and signup our SaaS offering Own the inbound objectives of client acquisition and revenue targets Activities to perform: Analyze results using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and prepare performance reports Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation and ROI Optimize budgets, CPC, and conversion rates to meet campaign goals Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad formats, and paid media best practices Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong willingness to carry out performance marketing and deliver results Understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics Experience in performance marketing for a SaaS startupis a plus Candidates from a non-agency background preferred Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
