Digital Marketing Manager - D2C

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in D2C growth and website optimization. The ideal candidate is hands-on with revenue-focused campaigns across multiple channels and has proven expertise in scaling D2C brands profitably. If you have led large performance marketing teams (10+ people) and thrive in driving measurable ROI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Google, Meta, Email, and other performance channels for revenue growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, P-Max, GMC) and Meta Ads (including Advantage+ Shopping campaigns).
• Manage Email Marketing workflows for retention and revenue maximization.
• Leverage website optimization (CRO, landing page A/B testing, funnel improvement) to improve conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key D2C growth metrics.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure aligned growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a 10+ member team of performance marketers to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and new tools to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing with a strong D2C e-commerce background.
• Expertise in running high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Shopping Ads, Performance Max (P-Max), GMC, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns.
• Proven success in website optimization, CRO, and funnel conversion improvement.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio.
• Excellent team leadership skills; must have led 10+ digital marketing professionals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
