Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the overall online visibility of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and a deep understanding of SEO tools and analytics. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and website traffic. Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits, identify technical issues (crawl errors, indexing, sitemaps, structured data, page speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.), and collaborate with developers to resolve them. On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Optimize website pages, metadata, headings, internal linking, and URL structures. Plan and execute effective link-building and outreach strategies. Keyword Research & Analysis: Perform extensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities. Content Strategy Support: Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation, including blogs, landing pages, and other assets. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, and proactively adjust strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field. 6 to 8 years of hands-on SEO experience , preferably in both B2B and B2C environments. Expertise in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO. Experience in managing local SEO, international SEO, and e-commerce SEO (optional but preferred). Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
