You will be joining Cliffton Realty, a renowned real estate developer based in Tamil Nadu, with a strong reputation for creating high-quality villa plots and gated communities in various cities including Erode, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, and Salem. The latest project, City 2.0 in Erode, is a cutting-edge smart township featuring solar infrastructure and modern amenities. As part of its future growth plans, Cliffton is set to launch its AI-Driven Digital Division in 2025, aiming to expand the team with top talent in digital marketing and technology. Your role as a Digital Marketing Manager will be based in Erode and will be a full-time, on-site position. You will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media campaigns, managing lead generation activities, and analyzing web analytics. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to ensure seamless marketing efforts, and you will be responsible for reporting on the performance and effectiveness of digital campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media marketing and lead generation. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, web analytics, project management, and organizational skills are key requirements. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are necessary, along with the capacity to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions. While not mandatory, a background in real estate would be advantageous for this position.,
