Role Overview

Were looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager (FMCG Brand Promotions & Campaigns) to join our fast-growing team. Youll play a pivotal role in leading marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, campaigns, product adoption, and customer loyalty. From digital campaigns and influencer marketing to executing exciting product launches, you'll work across teams to bring company's vision to life in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launches

  • Lead the planning and execution of product launch campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Design, etc.) to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and pricing.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content (ads, videos, reels, emailers, etc.).
  • Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Brand Management & Promotions

  • Support the development and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain brand guidelines.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and customer sentiment, using insights to improve engagement.

Content & Community

  • Ideate and drive content calendar for digital and social platforms, aligned with brand tone and seasonal goals.
  • Partner with influencers and creators to amplify brand visibility.
  • Engage with community to build authentic relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Events & Collaborations

  • Assist in organizing brand events, pop-ups, or collaborations with like-minded brands.
  • Manage on-ground activation plans and measure impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or food & beverage sector.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability, food innovation, and consumer trends.
