Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising. You will design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence. Additionally, you will measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess them against goals such as ROI and KPIs, and optimize spend and performance based on insights and trends. Your role will involve brainstorming new growth strategies, executing experiments and conversion tests, and evaluating customer experience across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence. - Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns. - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. - Brainstorm new growth strategies through digital marketing. - Execute experiments and conversion tests. - Evaluate end-to-end customer experience and optimize user funnels. - Identify critical conversion points and drop off points. - Evaluate emerging technologies. - Provide thought leadership for technology adoption. Qualifications Required: - Relevant Graduate, PG, UG, or Diploma. - Self-motivated and customer-focused. - Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.,
