email us on hr@aumadvertising.com Accounts / Admin (Exp. 1 to 3 Years) Job Role : Accounts / Admin Experience : (Exp. 1 to 3 Years) Qualification : Any Relevent Graduate, PG, UG, Diploma Responsibilities : Manage co-ordinations with customers, suppliers, newspaper agencies and third-party vendors Process bank deposits Reconcile financial statements Prepare, send and store invoices and quotations Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments Manage documentation of Assets (Insurance, renewals of licenses etc) Identify and address discrepancies Renewal of bank guarantees Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on a daily/weekly basis Manage employee payroll and time-keeping Skills : Excellent communication skills Proactive Committed to learning and development
