Job Description

Role & responsibilities Were looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads, experienced in Shopify management, and understands how to scale growth through paid media, SEO, CRM, and social media. Key Responsibilities: 1. Paid Ads Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads . Continuously monitor ad performance and ROI to improve efficiency and scale. A/B testing of creatives, copies, and audiences. 2. Shopify Store Management Maintain and update the Shopify store with product listings, banners, and promotional content. Collaborate with design and development teams to improve site speed, UX, and conversion rates. 3. Performance Marketing Own and manage the performance marketing calendar. Set KPIs and track CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics. Analyze funnel metrics and conversion data to drive strategic decisions. 4. SEO Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies. Work with content teams to improve rankings and organic visibility. 5. CRM & Campaigns Execute WhatsApp and Email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar. Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum impact. 6. Social Media Marketing Develop and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Run brand awareness and engagement campaigns aligned with the companys voice. Oversee community engagement, comments, and customer queries. 7. Brand Building Plan and execute brand-building activities, collaborations, and influencer campaigns. Work with designers and content creators to build compelling brand stories. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Proven experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads . Strong knowledge of Shopify platform. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and marketing dashboards. Hands-on experience with SEO, email marketing tools , and WhatsApp marketing platforms. Excellent understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms , and content formats. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications (a plus). Experience with graphic tools like Canva, Figma (bonus).
