Were looking for a digital storyteller who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and community. As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will shape how families discover and experience Indoor Playgroundstranslating clicks into visits, and visitors into lifelong fans. You are expected to blend AI-powered SEO, smart ad strategy, and geo-targeted content to spark connection, delight, and measurable growth.

Role & responsibilities

Build and execute growth strategies tailored for kids indoor playgrounds and family entertainment brands.

Use digital tools and creative insights to drive awareness, foot traffic, and event bookings.

Own performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Adstesting, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and local outreach.

Develop dynamic SEO and geo-targeting frameworks to win near me searches, elevate multi-location visibility, and connect meaningfully with families in nearby communities.

Use AI tools and analytics platforms to automate reports, predict marketing trends, and personalize digital experiences for parents and kids.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce vibrant, shareable assetsfrom email stories to social videosthat capture childhood wonder while boosting engagement.

Champion social media engagement by planning thematic, seasonal, and holiday campaigns (like Easter, Summer Playtime, or Halloween Specials) that resonate emotionally with modern parents.

Monitor digital reputation across Google and review platforms, crafting thoughtful responses that build community trust and brand advocacy.

Lead, mentor, and inspire team members managing SEO, ads, and creative—building a culture centered on insight, innovation, and authentic storytelling.

Track and report KPIs like booking conversions, membership sales, and return visitors, making data feel actionable and inspiring across the team.

Preferred candidate profile

6–10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in kids’ entertainment, family industries, or community-focused brands.

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and GA4, along with tools like Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.

Working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools (for automation, analytics, and content optimization).

Deep understanding of local SEO, event-based campaigns, and multi-location growth strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills that connect strategy with action.

A love for meaningful brands that spark joy, curiosity, and shared family memories.
