🔹 Role: Digital Marketing Intern

• Location: Remote / Work From Home (Only for candidates from Madhya Pradesh)
• Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend: ₹2,000 per month for the first 2 months (training + probation). Based on performance, stipend will increase up to ₹8,000/month from the 3rd month onwards.

🔹 What You Will Do

• Plan, set up, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance (CPC, CTR, CPL) and suggest optimizations.
• Create social media posts (graphics, reels, short videos) using Canva or editing tools.
• Write captions, hashtags, and handle engagement on platforms.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with the founder to brainstorm new growth ideas for clients.

🔹 What We Expect From You

• Candidate must be from Madhya Pradesh (preferably Indore/Bhopal).
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Creative skills (Canva/Photoshop, basic video editing tools).
• Good written English for captions and ad copies.
• Own laptop + stable internet connection.
