Role & responsibilities

Create 15-30 Reels/Shorts every week (shoot on your phone + basic editing)
Hunt & negotiate with micro-creators (3k-10k range) on Instagram & Telegram
Run & optimise small-budget Meta + Google campaigns (5k25k tests) under the Growth Lead
Manage WhatsApp broadcast groups & referral contests
Daily ASO tasks – reply to reviews, update screenshots, A/B test icons
Pull data from AppsFlyer make daily Google Sheet dashboards
Brainstorm viral hooks & memes with the founder & Growth Lead every morning stand-up

You will literally sit next to the founder and the Community & Growth Manager and ship things the same day.

Preferred candidate profile

Currently in college (final year) or just graduated (2023–2025 batch)
Already running your own Instagram/YouTube page or personal brand (even 5k–20k followers is fine)
Obsessed with Reels, memes, Bollywood hooks, and Indian internet culture
Comfortable shooting & speaking on camera in Hindi/Hinglish
Knows Canva, CapCut/InShot, Google Sheets at intermediate level
Hunger > experience — if you’ve never worked but you live on Instagram Reels 5 hours a day, we want you
